- Gnocchi: Local wild mushroom, whipped fetta, chilli, roast pumpkin
- Polo: Grilled spatchcock, pine mushrooms, chive roasted potatoes, chimichurri, double brie jus
- Eye Fillet: Pan-seared, maple syrup-glazed carrots, confit potato, jus.
- Agnello: Lamb shank braised in white wine, roasted root vegetables, garlic mash, Meredith Valley fetta

The Riverstone Estate
The Riverstone Estate is a 75-acre property set on the banks of the Yarra River, in the midst of Melbourne’s beautiful Yarra Valley wine country. The classic homestead structure was built in 1992 from bluestone and 100-year-old Oregon timber which was reclaimed from the Newmarket saleyards. The estate is now run by a small and passionate team who love what they do – and it’s time for you to experience this stunning institution in all its glory!
